The first private non-profit university in Australia is called Bond Institution, and it is located in Robina, Queensland. Since its founding on May 15, 1989, Bond University has traditionally been a teaching-focused higher education institution with a three-semester timetable. The institution is listed as the 20th best small university in the world by Times Higher Education (THE). The Australian Tertiary Admission Rank is used to determine admission, which is managed by the Queensland Tertiary Admissions Centre. According to the 2019 Student Experience Survey, Bond Institution had the third-highest overall student satisfaction rating of any Australian university and the best rating of any university located in Queensland.

Beginning in 2022 and 2023, Bond University in Australia will offer full scholarships to all doctoral students. Fee exemptions and a living allowance will be provided to exceptional students as part of the award. The scholarship is tax-free and has a three-year maximum usage period. For students seeking a Ph.D. Doctorate by Research AND who have an offer letter to attend Bond University, scholarships are available. Awards will be given based on academic merit after applications have been examined utilizing essential criteria.

Scholarship
Bond University provides a partial tuition remission award to undergraduate and postgraduate students who have demonstrated outstanding leadership and community involvement. International Leadership Scholarships are given based on academic distinction as well as proof of excellent leadership and community service. Only citizens of Ghana and Nigeria are eligible to apply for this scholarship if they are pursuing postgraduate studies. This grant is not open to undergraduate students from Ghana or Nigeria.
Admission procedure.
Bond University accepts undergraduate applications from students worldwide. Domestic and international students who have completed Year 12 in Queensland or elsewhere in Australia, or equivalent secondary studies in other countries, are typically among our applicants. If you are an Australian citizen, a New Zealand citizen, or the holder of an Australian permanent visa, you are a domestic student. You are an international student, whether you are in or outside of Australia, and you do not meet the criteria for a domestic student.

Applying for a scholarship is as easy as filling out an additional form. Eligible students can apply for scholarships using the Scholarship Application Form after completing the Bond University Study Application Form (link will be available from 1 May).
